We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order or you have any sizing issue, you can initiate an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

  • Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resale condition.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  • Incase of any sizing issue, you can initiate an exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  • Incase of any damage item received, you will have to provide the photographic evidence of the defective item within 7 days of the purchase.
  • The products must be unused and its original packaging.
  • The Replacement parcel will be sent to you and the same rider will pick up the old parcel as well.
  • Incase of any sizing issue by the customer, the Replacement shipping charges will be Rs.300 to be paid by the customer.
  • Incase of any damage item received, the replacement will be sent to you and no shipping charges will be applied.
  • The Replacement parcel delivery time is 5-8 working days.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • After the refund request is accepted, the customer will have to courier the parcel at our warehouse in karachi.
  • The whole amount of parcel will be refunded to you which you have paid even the delivery charges as well but the courier charges of sending the parcel to our warehouse will not be refunded (so use any cost friendly courier company like PakistanPost, Postex, Leopards etc for less courier charges).
  • The amount will be transferred to you same day when the parcel will be received at our warehouse.
